LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Metroplan's motto is "Smart Planning Makes Smart Places" and their goal is ensure economic health, growth and vibrancy in the region. Wednesday they released their annual report of the metro's bicycle and pedestrian safety.
